Power element
The function of the power element is to convert the mechanical energy of the prime mover into the pressure energy of the liquid, which refers to the oil pump in the hydraulic system, providing power to the whole hydraulic system. The general structures of hydraulic pump generally are gear pump, vane pump, piston pump and screw pump.
Executive element
The function of executive elements (such as hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors) is to convert the pressure energy of the liquid into mechanical energy, driving the load to make straight reciprocating motion or rotating motion.
Control element
Control element (namely, various hydraulic valves) control and regulate the pressure, flow and direction of the liquid in the hydraulic system. According to the control function, the hydraulic valve can be divided into pressure control valve, flow control valve and direction control valve. Pressure control valves include relief valves (safety valve), pressure reducing valve, sequence valve, pressure relay, etc. The flow control valve includes throttle valve, adjusting valve, distributary collecting valve and so on. Direction control valve includes unidirectional valve, hydraulic control one-way valve, shuttle valve, reversing valve and so on. According to the different control mode, the hydraulic valve can be divided into switching control valve, fixed value control valve and proportional control valve.
Auxiliary element
Auxiliary components include oil tank, oil filter, cooler, heater, accumulator, tubing and pipe connection, sealing ring, quick change joint, high pressure ball valve, rubber tube assembly, pressure measuring joint, pressure gauge, oil level meter, oil temperature meter, etc.
